A quick and delicious chicken pasta made with garlic butter sauce, Parmesan cheese, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Perfect for a cozy, no-fuss dinner!
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest and slice.
In the same skillet, melt butter and add a bit more olive oil. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
Add cooked pasta to the garlic butter. Toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time if needed.
Stir in sliced chicken and Parmesan cheese. Toss again to combine.
Garnish with chopped Italian parsley and serve hot.
